User Eligibility

Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts. Brokers and Agents must hold valid licenses in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Listing Standards

All property listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and comply with Fair Housing laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that fails to meet our professional standards or contains misleading information.

Proprietary Rights

The content, design, and code of pwsrealty.com are the exclusive property of Properties With Stephanie. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

PWS acts as a facilitator for real estate networking and is not a party to the actual transactions between buyers, sellers, and agencies. We are not liable for any disputes arising from these transactions.
